One of the requirements is that the adhesive adopts strong polyurethane adhesive, and the peeling strength is not less than 40N/CM;
The aluminum alloy honeycomb core material shall be made of AA3003H18 and shall be subject to anti-corrosion treatment. The aluminum foil used for the aluminum alloy honeycomb core material shall be 0.06mm thick, and the aluminum alloy honeycomb core material shall be expanded into a regular hexagon with a side length of 5mm.
Requirements 3. Mechanical properties of the panel: σb ≥ 160 Nmm2,σρσ2 ≥ 160 Nmm2, and elongation δ of 6%-10%.
The required front and back aluminum plates of the 4. shall be excellent aluminum-magnesium alloy plates. The thickness of the front aluminum plate shall not be less than 0.8mm, and the thickness of the back aluminum plate shall not be less than 0.6mm.
